P11D 2011/12
Issue:
Unable to view previous years dates
Solution:
On the activation there is a field called Start in Tax Year. This field should be set to the year they first started using P11D. If this is incorrect, then log in to P11d then select File - Software Registration to re-enter the activation details including the start in tax year.
Issue:
When processing a test submission a warning message appears that they have not got enough licenced P11Ds.
Solution:
P11D >> Tools>>Run diagnostics and then manually pack and re-index the tables via Visual Fox Pro.
