100 + Users on Windows Environment

Hello,

Customer considering moving off an AIX platform to a Windows platform ( in conjunction with upgrading to 7.8).

This site is 100 + users. We have some sites running on a Windows platform but not near that many users.

Any feed back (good or bad) as to to Windows platform experiences and that many users would be appreciated.
