SWITCH TO/ RETRY APPLICATION

We have had cases of customers attempting to email docs from Opera3 and getting the 'Switch to/Retry' message appear.
This is because the process is busy or another program is using the process required but how can we resolve this? Looking online there isnt an updated microsoft support article on this issue for windows 7.
Any suggestions?

A couple of things to try...
Make sure the anti-virus solution is up to date in Outlook's Trust Centre and scanning exclusions have been added.
Add Opera.exe into DEP settings.
PC will need reboot after those.

Hi bhavesh,
We have tried the following:
1, Turned off Firewall
2, Set exclusions in AV
3, Added opera.exe & main.exe to DEP
Will see AV is up to date in Outlooks trust centre as i havnt come across this suggestion yet.

Have also turned off the on-access scanning module for AV
unknown
could be they have installed the 64 bit version of outlook/office in error?
