Mobile printers for RAD activities have been posed as an option to our organization. I wanted to know if there are any users currently utilizing the mobile printer to print delivery labels?

Our organization doesn't use RAD to print delivery labels or delivery tickets. Since we use the "Add, Release, and Print" option on the hand held we get a delivery ticket or putaway ticket and backordered document from Portal. We didn't want a redundant ticket or label from MSCM. However, to be able to release the receiver from RAD you have to leave print a delivery ticket checked in the RAD setup. So, we just pointed RAD to a dummy printer.
