Mobile Supply Chain Management - QOO...

Does anyone have any experience with using the QOO function on the handheld in Mobile Supply Chain Management? We currently see the QOO field on the handheld, but are not sure if there is any setup or on/off button, for this function to work...Is this function available for non-stock requisitions to the Vendor and/or stock requisitions? Any and all help, is greatly appreciated...

It only displays for nonstock items. There is some configuration in MSCM that needs to be done to enable it. I've attached a couple screen grabs.
