Easiest way to see version/schema changes

Looking to upgrade a 6.5.4 install. What is the easiest way for me to compile a list of added features and schema/table changes from 6.5.4 to a newer version? (Other than hunting and pecking through each version's updates and install notes)

I know that V7 had a major changes document that was useful for most large changes, but was not exhaustive. Check the portal for downloads under each version.
