Hello,

When putting together a proposal for the SDSI Document Archiving & Management solution, for FACTS, we are looking for an estimated services for the implementation (install, set up, user training). If you have been through the implementation process and could share the information it would be very helpful. Curiuos as to how many service days to estimate
for install, setup, and train.

Good morning Cain,
I have not been involved in an install for Document Archiving. I asked Donna in PSO and she had not either, but suggested you quote about 30 hours. She also asked if you could post this out on a BLOG.
