IC81.1 Par Location Deleted
Stace Webley
Does anyone know of a way to audit when a par location was deleted or other changes were made to a par loc? We have a single par loc that dissappeared recently and I would like to see if it was deleted by mistake or if we have a system error.

If you have auditing turned on you can see changes made to par items in IC91.2. However if the item or entire par was deleted IC91.2 will tell you that the item location doesn't exist. But the audit data still exists in the ICAUDIT table. So here's the trick- If it was just an item that was deleted you add that item back onto the par and then recheck IC91.2 and you can see who deleted the item in the first place. The same goes if the entire par was deleted. Just add the par again with the items it had before. Check the par items in IC91.2 and you can see who deleted the entire par. You will see multiple items with the same "Itemloc deleted - IC81" for the same user and date/time.

We use IC192.

Basically the same information. IC192 is to IC91.2 as PO254 is to PO54.

Thank you both for your feedback. I actually had looked in IC92.1 and IC192, but I didn't know the trick about re-adding an item to get the audit history back.
