2010 W-2 changes for HIRE Act compliance

I have just created a KB containing information and program changes for FACTS 7.6 compliance with the HIRE Act. The 7.7.3 incremental update contains the changes for FACTS 7.7. If you search for '2010 W-2 changes' in the KB, you will find the article.
