CM / Generate Correspondence - SPARM - exclusive access

We have recently turned on the new debtors functionality on Opera3. Since doing this the 1 person who sends letters can only process the letters when no other users are in Opera! He gets an exclusive access to SPARM message when others users are in Sales or SOP. They are running SBS2011 server and he's running on Windows8. Other workstations are running W7. Anybody else seen this and know of a fix?
