Error Authenticating Resource

A customer gets the above error message whilst using SPM several times a day.
The error crashes Opera 3 out, but unlike usual Opera 3 error's it does not request the usual "description of actions at time of error", but just offers a VFP dialog box with Cancel, Ignore & Help.
The customer is starting to get very tired of these messages, that only happen in SPM.
All users access Opera via a single M/S Terminal Server (2008r2) they are currently on 1.81.10.
help please.
