Hello,
We are using the User option for traceablity on some of our part numbers as we are outsourcing the builds. Our receiving dept switched two PO's and there for switched the trace ID's. I have searched but cannot locate a solution to this problem and now these parts are stuck on hold. If someone had this or a smiliar issue, please give me some advice!

This has happened to us and we deleted the receivers. Hope this helps.
