LBI 10.4. and Parameter Panel Error

Hi, we installed a new instance of LBI with the latest versions of all components for an upgrade test (WAS 8.5, LBI 10.4, RAS 2011). Our 9.0.3 reports run without problems, but when we are in the report viewer and click on the parameter panel to change a parameter from inside a report and click on apply, an error shows up. Does anyone had a similar experience or a workaround? Thx in advance and BR, Stephan

We were told to upgrade to Crystal Reports 2011 when we went to LBI 10.4 or higher and RAS 2011.

I am having the same issue and I am on the 10.4 and I have Crystal Reports 2011 and RAS 11. So upgrading doesn't seem to help.

When I click on a parameter to change the value I get the following error: The viewer is unable to open an advanced prompt dialog. When I click Show Details it says: Please contact your administrator to enable asynchronous requests.

Hi. I created an Infor ticket in July 2015. Last statement from January 2016: "SAP Development Team and Infor Research and Development team are now collaborating in line with this issue".
