LN and Quality Management

Hello,

I would like to start a discussion on how different companies are monitoring their production performance as it relates to quality. How are you monitoring final test and warranty repairs? How about vendor performance and non conformances? Has anyone linked a quality management software package to LN? If so, what is the software and how well is it working for you. We are currently running LN with FP3.

Hi Graham,



I am working in Moog USA we update to LN 10.5 and I am BA for QA we implement Warehouse inspection, Quarantine and Non conformance. I am actual work to implement inspections orders in order I get track the test.

The RMA and Warranty are running in service module and you can link it with NCR.
