Timeout from FACTS login screen

Does anyone know of a way (either via custom code, hook point, meta files, etc.) to set a timeout on the user login screen in FACTS 7.5? I know we can set the menu timeout in System Ctrl F/M to back users out of FACTS, but they eventually end up back at the login and they're still chewing up a ProvideX license at the FACTS login screen.

Hi Brad,

This might help get you started. I'm not sure how you'd check for timeouts, but here's a code snippet we use to restrict FACTS users to a certain PC. Works every day at a 7.4 client but untested on 7.5 (I think it will work though because as far as I know the FACTS auto-logoff function is still in later versions).

Program SME10A, entry point PRE_MENU:

- check whatever you want for a condition to force logging off (we check %BASE_ID)
- X$=gbl("!SSI_AUTO_START","1"),X$=gbl("!SSI_AUTO_EXIT","1")
- we give a message here the use can't sign on to this PC
- return

When return goes back to SME100 with these gbl()'s set, the FACTS/PVX session terminates.
