FACTS 7.8 FIFO layers/stock status

Has anyone upgraded a customer to FACTS 7.8 using FIFO costing method and noticed a change in the valuation of their inventory between the previous version and FACTS 7.8? I know about the but with the 7.8.2 upgrade, but I'm taking a customer directly to 7.8.3 (from 7.5). When I run a stock status report on an item that has had no activity since the upgrade, the 7.5 stock status report yields a different total for that item than the stock status for the 7.8.3. I wondering how to justify this to the customer - that the totals may be different.

Any advice/insight is appreciated.

I am experiencing the same issue, Facts 7.5 LIFO costing to 7.8.3. I think the fixes are on the way. You may have been the one to test the fixes. Did they resolve the costing issues?
