FACTS vs. QuickBooks

Does anyone have a comparison or outline or battle card on why FACTS is a better ERP product than QuickBooks?
I have a prospect that requested this information and before I create one I wanted to see if any channel partner has created one.

Hi Denis,

While it is a great $200 accounting package, it doesn't begin to meet the needs of a wholesale distributor to procure, manage and sell inventory. Audit trails are virtually absent since changes happen real time - even if you delete something by accident. I've been a long term user of Quicken to manage my personal finances and find it can be a great and efficient tool. I particularly like its ability to download and automatically expense items directly from banks and credit card providers.
