Auto batch & emailing A/R invoices from Visual

Has anyone been successful with batching accounts receivable invoices and emailing from inside Visual? If so, how?

You may use automate software to do that.
I have been using a software called Automate from Network Automation Inc. to do all these kinds of jobs.
It is not expensive at all. You simply need a version that runs on your desktop.

We do it here with a custom program written in house.
Here's the flow:
Batch print invoices to PDF.
Program extracts individual PDF pages and analyzes data on them. If they have an Email address on them, it emails the PDF page through a generic AR@OURCOMPANY.COM email. If there is no email address it prints them for traditional mail.

We use a product from Saberlogic called Logicity Automatic Invoicing. We have Visual create the invoices and copy them from manufacturing to receivables, then Logicity automatically sends out the email to whomever the main contact is or you can set up different invoices and different contacts for individual companies. The program works well with little to no maintenance.
