Linking Terms and Conditions to a Quote

Hi All,
I was asked to add very specific Terms and Conditions to a Quote.
The details coming from Opera will be very straight forward , but it the Terms and Conditions that are 3 or 4 pages long that I have been asked to include.
I was wondering if anybody has done this before or is it straight forward.
Any pointers would be a great help.

Would chained reports be an approach? Just chain 4 reports that have only a body section with the T&C's ?

I have done similar in the past via bespoke also.
