Error when a quote goes to a second page

When our customer creates a quote and it fits onto a single page it prints perfectly, but, if it goes over to the second page the error below comes up.
"Variable 'IT_FCURR not found'
The sales account is UK and setup correctly as far as we can see, any suggestions as to why this happens and how to fix it?

Is this a customised quote layout? I don't think it_fcurr appears on the standard layout.
