Problem accessing Help in 7.7 LA Demo

Help files were installed into the default C:FACTS77_DemoFACTSOutput. I verified that System Control F/M just has FACTSOutput as the text destination location. The problem is that nothing happens when I click on help from Order Entry or Quote Entry. I tried from Item Inquiry and received an error 47. Has anyone successfully accessed the help files from the new 7.7 demo?

Not sure why this works sometimes and not others - for example, it seems to work from the main menu. But the solution is to put the full path to the help files in system control f/m.
