Subscribing to Wiki Page Updates

This is just a reminder to everyone that if you want to get Wiki updates emailed to you, you must subscribe to each Wiki page individually. For example, I just made 2 changes - one to the Technical Page for FACTS 7.8, and one to the Recorded Training Page. If you had subscribed to the FACTS 7.8 page, you would have received that notification. If you had subscribed to the recorded training page, you would have received that notification.

Missed the 7.8 technical training and received nothing in several months.
Who can I contact to test and find out why?

I was having the same problem. Called support and Steve worked with me to resolve. He had me unsubscribe email notifications, log out, log back in and re-subscribe to email notifications. Seems to have worked.
My issue had to do with a change of email address, so that is why these steps might have worked for me.

Thanks, David. I just tried that. maybe it will start working now, but I suspect it may be related to our spam filter. I just shut it off.
If you get this, please send a reply. That should give me a clue as to where the emails from the Wiki are REALLY coming from, and I can add that to my spam filter.

There will be new posts in the very near future, as the 7.8.1 incremental is due out next week. Hopefully things will start working for you.
