Pegasus Opera 3 Multi User Locking CTRAN Table

Hi All,
We have a client who is having alot of Multi - User Locking issues. Nearly always with the CTRAN Table.
They client has recently upgraded their Network and there are 1GB Network switches installed throughout.
About 15-20 users, using Opera 3 and the client also has some Bespokes.
I would appreciate if anybody has any feedback or if they have experianced the same issues.
