Roles and reports

We have had a lot of turnover lately in some of our inventory control positions. As a result the list of normal activities performed has been 'lost' for lack of better words. Does anyone have a list of daily, weekly, monthly activities to be performed by the variuos job roles for Supply Chain you could share?

We balance the total on the IC233 report to our GL account everyday. We also balance the total on the PO135 to our GL account everyday.

We run the IC225 report everyday and check for inventory balances under the reorder point. We run the MA264 report each day also-Issues with matching invoices to POs.

We do a physical inventory of everything in our warehouse twice each year.
