MSCM Suggestion
raphael-rocha
Maybe someone can tell me where to submit an enhancement request? I don't seem to be able to find it on the Infor site.
In the MSCM application, when listing out something that has multiple pages of results (i.e. Location Management, Locations, View/Print) the page navigation control links are at the bottom right corner of the screen. Every time you select 'next', the next page displays to a different position at the bottom and the navigation control links jump to the new position. In order to flip through multiple pages you have to keep watching where the links have moved to and chasing that with the mouse. If these links were at the top of the listing, perhaps in the same line as the 'Companies Facility Locations Sub Locations' menu items, one could just repeatedly click to move to the next or previous page without having to keep chasing the navigation links.
It's such a simple thing I can't believe the programmers didn't think of it. I'd like to submit this but don't know how.

What version of MSCM are you on? We're on V. 10.1.3.0 and we're not experiencing the issue you describe. Frankly, I don't recall having that issue in 9 either. Is your screen maximized and the resolution such that all the information is displayed? I've attached an example of how my location listing screen looks.
Enhancement requests are found in the User Group area under Community in Infor Xtreme. When logged in click on Enhancement Requests then View Product Families for Infor Lawson Applications there you can submit a request for Infor Lawson Supply Chain Management.

We are on version 10.1.5.1 and we are not experiencing this issue either. Ours looks just like Jon's attached screenshot.
Have you checked with Infor Xtreme support? There may be a known issue with your current version as well as a fix.

We're on V. 10.1.3.0 and we're not experiencing the issue either. Could it be the brower you're using? We are on IE v9.0.8.

Actually, we have the same problem here. The next page button does move around on you.

We are on MPC 9.0.1.2.11, RAD 9.0.1.2.11, and IE 8.

Sorry it took me a while to get back to you. Thanks for your responses. Our screen does look just like the screenshot that was posted but it looks to me like the same problem would exist on your systems because the navigation buttons are at the bottom of the last line of the listing, and the length of the listing can change from screen to screen as you click 'next' - thus the buttons move to a different place on the screen. If they were at the top of the list they'd stay put regardless of the list length. Sometimes it puzzles me how program designers can't notice a thing like this and correct it before letting the program out.
It's not a huge issue and our materials folks will just work around it. I do appreciate your responses and thoughts. Thanks.
