7.7 Hardware Requirements for IBM on AIX Server Mistake??

We have a customer (5 users) considering an upgrade that also needs hardware. They are researching the purchase of an IBM AIX server. We have provided them with the 7.7 hardware requirements and the question below has arisen. Please advise.

"I have been in conversations with IBM on the AIX server and there must be a mistake. Infor specs call for a Power7 processor with 8 cores for 25 or fewer seats. This is quite a machine. There is a 2.1 next to the processor spec so I suspect they mean at least a Power5 which i am told was the 2.1 processor. Please confirm with Infor."
