How to check active users on LN
Legacy Contributor
Hi,
Is there any functionality on LN6.1 to check active users on server like licmon with -w option on Baan4cIV or 5.0C? Because on LN6.1 all the licenses are controlled by SLM it is difficult to find out who are the active users?

I use bclmcmd -mondts to retrieve the information from the license server

I have developed a script to parse the XML file to generate some e-mails on different results for user thresholds. Let me know if you are interested.

I would be interested in the script to track LN users.
Thanks,

The executable bclmcmd.exe does not appear to be in the SLM folder or subfolders under Windows. Is this command only available for unix and if so is there an alternative for Windows ?

Hi ,
Alternative , you can run session bctls5406s000 Details of Users Connected to getting active user in LN. You can customize report to show description of name .

Hi,
if you are using ERP LN in AIX and Linux environment you can write this command:
ps -ef | grep bshell
This will return the list of bhsell active in this moment. I don't know if is this that you want.
