I will be hosting a webex discussion on Thursday, May 12th, at 2PM EDT, that everyone needs to attend.
PvxPlus Technologies has brought to our attention that they are seeing many installation license problems with channel partner and with customer PxPlus serial numbers, and they are giving us the opportunity to resolve them. This meeting is to discuss what the issues are and how to address them.
This meeting is our first step, and PvxPlus will monitor our progress towards remediation. Instances which are not resolved will be referred to our license compliance team and will likely result in software compliance audit for you and/or your customer. So please note that this is a situation you must take seriously, and you are expected to attend the webex.
