Is there anyway to determine how often a template is being accessed and used by requesters?

There is no way to see template useage. I know I had entered an enhancement request at some point in time to add this feature. If an item is ordered off of a template, I think the template name should be captured in REQLINE. I was just searching for the ER number, but I'm having trouble finding it at the moment.
