This only happens on their RDS server. If you are based internally, log onto XRL then both Opera and Operations companies are available to report on - regardless of the permissions of the user.
If you log on the RDS as the domain admin account it is fine, but any similar (next level down) admin account you can't.
We've completely uninstalled XRL 1.62.10, reg cleaned and reinstalled, but same.
Opera and Operations are installed on the same server and the company dbcs are fully accessible to all users.
Excel is fine and all XRL folders have been given trusted status and full trust to the ribbon, too - not that the ribbon is the issue here.
It's as if the XRL profile hasn't been given the correct access to Operations, but, if that were the case, then non-RDS users would have the same issues.
Any ideas welcome?
