We are looking at moving to Cloud Services for our Infor 10 upgrade. Recently, we have heard from people that there have been consistent challenges with cloud support that have raised red flags for me. Some of these issues have been unscheduled downtimes, 6 hour downtimes for weekly support, EDI restarts not being done when systems are brought back up, lack of server monitoring to proactively tell customers there is a problem, etc.
For those of you in a hosted environment, are you seeing these or other issues and do you feel the shift from on premise to the cloud was the right choice?
