FACTS ERPHELP - server 2012 URL link will not open properly

I have the url as \IP_of_serverERP_HELP

I can traverse the path and get to the files.

IE and Chrome will NOT open the files in question.

Anyone have a solution to this?

Try ERPHELP without the _ in the name. Hope that works!
