Ok before I get started I know Visual version 7.0 is not certified for 2012 R2. We are looking at alternate approaches to upgrading and virtualizing our servers and was curious whether there are any brave soles out there that have gone down this path. This is in preparation to move to version 8.0 over the next 2 years.
I've been told that it "shouldn't" cause any issue but thought best to see if anyone dared to do this.
