Hi All,
A client has moved to Office 365 and we're having issues with server timeouts and updating PIM to the latest version (going from 1.92 to 1.93). Was advised to update their Opera from 7.50 to 7.51.01 to ensure Office365/2016 compatibility.
They are on Opera II 7.51.01 and Server 2003 (I know it's not supported anymore and will be upgrading in the next few months!).
When trying to update PIM server, we get a message saying "The Service Controller is currently in use. Please close the application prior to performing any maintenance operations". I have stopped the 3 Pegasus services in Services and closed any PIM applications via Task Manager; even restarted the server but still get this message.
Any ideas of which controller or other services I need to stop? Having tested it on a laptop from in our office, we also get server timeout responses as well as the controller still being use message. Laptop is Win 7.
Any tips much appreciated :-)
Thanks,
Bhav
