Pegasus OFM "unable to initialise HMRCMark component"

On one customer site, different work stations, latest version of OFM (v3.60.10) installed no errors.

Attempt to use > Processing > Submit to Government Gateway > 'any of the x5 selections' generates this error message:

Have tried:

• folder permissions
• install as local admin
• run as local admin
• reinstall
• tested on different PC's
• checked event log
• checked Infor knowledge base

Noted:

• program files directory lists HMRCMark.dll + HMRCMark.tlb

We have not seen before.

Any thoughts / suggestions appreciated.

After not having seen this message for a few years I recently had it myself. Please see below the reply from Pegasus (it works):-

As per your conversation with Maureen earlier, your customer is experiencing an issue with using OFM:

When using OFM they are getting the message "Unable to initialise HMRC mark component"

This message occurs if .NET version 2.0 is not installed.

Switching on the Windows feature .NET 3.5.1 will include both .NET 2.0 and .NET 3.0.
