PDM - client must be installed from server Folder

Same server with current Pegasus Document Management installation.

Same 'share' for the client install.

Current windows 7 work stations running PDM no errors.

New windows 10 work stations with Opera client installed when installing the PDM client fresh the installer aborts with:

We have seen this message when attempting to install a client on the hosting server but not on a network PC.

Any thoughts / suggestion much appreciated.

Check the document management share has been created in Computer Management.

I had a customer who recently had this same issue. I never got to the bottom of the cause but I did get it working again by renaming the Client Setup folder in the PDM Server directory and then installing the PDM server over the top of the original install. This created a new client setup folder and the client install then worked perfectly.
