Morning all,
We have a strange issue I have not come across before so I am hoping you can help.
Customer runs Opera, Excel and XRL as remote apps, server is 2012R2 with XRL v1.63 installed. They have 3 XRL logins and all 3 work for some windows user accounts but for other windows user accounts they cannot access the Opera product and therefore are unable to extract data.
For example if we log onto the server as our admin account we can log onto XRL as the 'sales' user and extract data. If we log onto the server as 'user1' we can log onto XRL as 'sales' but Opera does not appear as a product.
The issue appears to be related to the XRL profile (we have checked the XRL profile and user account setup and we can successfully test the connection for all windows user accounts). When looking at the xrl user profile setup when logged on as 'user1' 'sales' shows as red and unlinked for Opera. However the same screen when logged on as our windows admin account shows green and is correctly linked to an Opera 3 user. This is how it appears for the users who are able to successfully extract data using XRL.
This is how it appears when logged onto the RDS server as user1

This is how the same XRL user profile appears when logged onto the server as our admin account

I'm thinking it's permissions but I'm not sure what. All users have been given read, write and modify over the C:Program Files (x86)Infor and C:ProgramDataINfor Query & Analysis. All users can load the add-in successfully.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Alex
