Someone is unable to open any Crystal report from the assigned workstation but can from another workstation. The WAS SystemOut log has "The Viewer could not be created because the Device Client type is not supported." When a report is being pulled up, the URL switches between the signouts for LBI and S3 over and over. The report's default is Excel which is on the PC. Does anyone have any suggestions or has seen this?
