Occasionally, we have items that have the average cost wiped out in IC99.2. Generally, it is triggered by a change from Inventory Tracking N to Y. We have auto generated reports twice a day to help us detect any such occurrence of no average cost (with inventory tracking Y) and then we just manually re-enter the average cost into IC99.2. However, we had a few items show up today where the average cost was zeroed where there were no associated changes to inventory tracking flag. Perhaps it was related to a PO31 return when the SOH became zero but we want to know if this is operating as designed.
