After upgrade from LBI 10.4 to IBI for Lawson 10.6 -not able to run Crystal reports

We recently upgraded from LBI 10.4 to IBI for Lawson 10.6 on a new server. We are now not able to run Crystal reports. When we publish a Crystal report and try to run, we get prompted for an ODBC (RDO) User ID and password. When we type in a valid User ID and password, we are re-prompted again. These Crystal reports run fine in Crystal and on LBI 10.4. Has anyone else run into this? Any thoughts on how to resolve this? Thank you!

When you migrated servers, did you also account for all of the DSN's (ODBC connection) setup on the RAS server?

We've also found that we needed to have the RAS service running as a domain account here to get around some permission issues.

Greg, what driver are you using for the server that 10.6 is on? Thanks.

Do you mean ODBC driver? ODBC Driver 11 for SQL Server --- and make sure that it's the 32-bit version not the 64.

Greg, your reply was very helpful and our issue is resolved. We had installed the 64-bit version and that was the problem. Reports are working with the 32-bit version. Thank you so much!
