We are migrating from on premise to in the Cloud. Our technical person took over my PC to build the ODBC connection and did not permit me to do screenshots. I am not a Crystal developer. I found KBA 191044. We have no issue building the ODBC on the PC. The second part where you connect to the new datasource from Crystal does not find the ODBC connection we built. All we see is Excel, Access and Visio. Are there any good instructions which show you how to do this?
