Changing the timing on a scheduled process in the Rich Client

I have a process that creates a csv file to be used to update another system. When I scheduled the process trigger I set the time too late and it doesn't finish before the interface engine is scheduled to pick up the file. How do I change the time on an existing schedule? All I can see to do is delete it and start again but when I did that the process kicked off twice, at the original time I had entered and thought I had deleted and also at the new scheduled time.

You should be able to update it from your My Scheduled Actions screen. In the Scheduling Details section, click the button for the new frequency you want and update the next time to run and it should update.

Sorry, we just converted to V10 last weekend so I'm new to using the rich client for processflow. Is "My Scheduled Actions" in the Process Server area? This is all I see there.

Go to the Start drop down, choose Applications > My Actions > My Scheduled Actions and you can modify there.

Based on your screenshot, i think it will be under My Actions. Your version is newer than my v10 so it seems to be a bit different.

If you have processes scheduled under different users, then you can also use ASYNC page to view all of them and make changes. ASYNC page can be found under Process Server Administrator > Administration > System Administration. They are found under the request management tab for the Module = PFI

As a note to Scheduled Actions, when scheduling a flow we had to first create the flow and save it in the Rich Client. Logoff. Logon and then schedule it. We could not create and schedule in one session.

That depends on the version of Landmark you are running. We had that issue on an earlier version but do not have that issue on our current release which is 10.1.1.36
