Mobile Inbasket REQ Approvals (MIB) External Access

So we've been asked to see if it's possible to do REQ Approvals externally via mobile. We're on LSF 10.0.8 and on premise.

Now that we know we should be utilizing Mobile Inbasket for REQ Approvals:

Is anyone utilizing Mobile Inbasket for REQ Approvals Externally?

If so, how difficult or how much work was it?

I'll would be interesting to hear your experience, good or bad with this process.

We are not - there are issue with our IT and granting rights to external apps. They are still in discussion. We are still looking at IPA emails.
