I have a customer that is looking to change the General Ledger from 12 accounting periods to 13 accounting periods. They are currently at 7.7.5 release of FACTS. Does anyone have experience changing from 12 to 13 periods ? Is there specific steps that need to occur to get financials to align properly etc. I have old instructions to change the fiscal ending month, but nothing about changing the number of periods. Thanks in advance for any assistance.
