Pricing issue in RQC

I came across an odd occurrence today when a requestor called me about an error on a requisition. The requestor was placing a special order for an item with a price of $973.02. When they added the item, the price came up as $1049.22. I checked and re-checked our item master to make sure that this manu # was not already associated with an existing Lawson#, but it is not. I have attached a screen shot. Have any of you experienced this before?

If there's order history for the special item the system will load the last cost and override what the end user enters as the cost if the Allow Unit Cost Override From Last PO or Last Cost flag =N (RQ04).

So "N" means that the system will override and "Y" means that the cost entered by the requestor is correct. Right?

Correct. If the Last Cost override is set to Y the end user will be able to override the cost on any X or S type items and also N type if that item is not tied to an active agreement.
