MSCM Locked Up During Cycle Counting

I'm seeing this more frequently, when users are performing cycle counts on MSCM and it would sometimes locks up. They are unable to send their counts after this happens and rebooting causes the counts to be lost. Are these counts stored any where on the handheld that I could see? Are you experiencing this and is there away around this besides having the user recount. I've open an incident with GSC and waiting to hear back.

We're using Motorola MC75s. TIA

TIA, we were having similar issues with our MC75's and losing connections throughout the hospital. We lost the counts or as in your case could not find them anywhere. We updated our firmware in the handhelds and have not had any issues since then that we cannot contribute to a "downtime" or some other known event.

Yes, we updated the firmware and it has helped, but every so often this still occurs. Would like to see if there's a way to get these counts so the user doesn't have to recount again.
