I have a user that has an issue with pxplus. The process crashes and gives the following:

It can crash even if the user is sitting at the menu and only happens to this one user and no others at that company. From what I have seen in the event log, it has crashed as many as 5 times in a day and yet there are days where none occur. Has anyone else seen this? If you have, how did you fix it? User is running Windows 7 pro. Facts and pxplus have been removed and re-installed several times. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you - Paul
