We are on Infor10 S3, LSF on Linux & only use IPA on the Landmark box which is on Windows. When our LSF system crashes we recycle both the LSF system and the Landmark Windows box. When both system comes back up IPA appears to be running fine meaning flows are being triggered from LSF to IPA.
However, when someone tries to release a requisition from our RQC system they are getting the error "Process Flow Header Level Approval not Enabled". From what I can tell the error is indicating the service is not setup (which I know it is since it was running fine before the outage). I was also able to successfully trigger a dummy requisition directly from the WFWK screen using the service.
To get around the error we change the RQ04 for all requestors to not use Process Flow. This will allow them to release the requisition but it bypasses IPA.
At Midnight we do a full system recycle. Sometime between when we disable using Process Flow on the RQ04 screen & 6am the following day then it starts working again. We are not sure if the system recycle is fixing the issue.
Has anyone encountered this issue and know of a way to fix it?
IPA: 10.1.1.38
