Req Approval Service initiating wrong flow

Hello All,

I have two different requisition approval IPAs on our system.

One uses a value of "1" for the COMPANY criteria and the other uses a value of "5".

When I place an order in RQC, I expected the flow with the Company=1 value to kickoff, however, the other flow with a company value of 5 keeps getting initiated.

Any idea what is causing this?

Is it possible that I've done something wrong while setting up the service?

Depending on service / process setup, a trigger will initiate a flow regardless of the desired filter. In this case, company 1 or 5. We found it was better to err on the side of caution and add an filter check within the flow. For example, first node is a branch to determine company number. If flow you are in is for company 1, then allow it to continue, else go to end. The other flow has a similar check for company 5. This way, should both get triggered you have a safety check.

To insure the correct flow is run, you could have the service initiate a flow that it's only job is to check the company number of the requisition and based on that company number triggers a sub flow which is the one you wish to run.
