Stockless error message in PO23

Would anyone have any insight into why I receive this error and how I can fix it?

I've never seen this but it sounds like it doesn't like a flag on PO25/PO25.6?

I thought that also, but it does not affect all items on the agreements. It is so very strange. I am stumped.

recent upgrade or patching? You may need to search for a ctp and/or open a ticket with Infor.

Is it just one requesting location? There is a Stockless Y/N flag on RQ01 if that is set to Y you would get this error.
